Professional use only for all products on this website.

Products suit Lash Artists, Estheticians, Cosmetologists, Beauty Therapists, Beauty specialists, makeup artists & Hairdressers with sound knowledge of Eyelash extension application.

Customers acknowledge they fit into the criteria stated above & agree to all terms stated on the Bloomlashesne website. If you do not agree with any terms or conditions of Bloomlashesne do not use this site.

ACKNOWLEDMENT OF RISK

Please find all information on the use of Bloomlashesne products noted via website, including with a product is provided in good faith for the safety of the Lash extension technician & client receiving a lash extension service.

Product instructions should be followed at all times. Bloomlashesne does not accept any liability for the results what so ever arising from the use of a Bloomlashesne products due to that the use of these products may simply be out of Bloomlashesne control. The user/purchaser is responsible for selecting the suitability of a product & following the recommended method of use. All professionals incorporating a Bloomlashesne product into their Eyelash extension services agree and recognize that applying Eyelash extensions can never be 100% safe & that injury to the eye or surrounding area, irritation of mucous membranes, eyes, or premature falling out of lashes may occur due to many reasons. All safety precautions & safe guarding of clients wellbeing is the responsibility/liability of the lash extension service provided by lash artist & not the liability of Bloomlashesne.

ORDER POLICY

  • All orders are shipped from United States.
  • Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order.
  • Bloomlashesne is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
  • Customer is responsible to provide correct information (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc…). Bloomlashesne will not be responsible for customer's error.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We try best to provide great customer service and professional advice when you purchase a product from us. The quality of Bloomlashesne products is the best we can physically make it. We test all products before we launch on the market. We only accept return and refund if the product is damaged due to our fault. We are not responsible for product issues due to shipping carrier, lost, or stolen. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any concern or question related through bloomlashesne@gmail.com.

If you want to return a product for a full refund of the purchase price, the following conditions must apply.

All products returned for refund, credit or exchange must be received by warehouse within 15 days from date of invoice.

Returned goods must be as new, unused, in original packaging.

A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the returned item along with full contact details.

Please note Failure to meet any of the above conditions can result in refund, credit or exchange being denied. Bloomlashesne is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.

DELIVERY

Shipping costs per order will show up for the buyers information through checkout. Goods are delivered by either USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Tracking numbers are issued to all orders and available on the purchasers request.

Please allow approximately 2-3 days for processing. The buyers usually receive products within 3-7 days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 2-3 business days.

DAMAGED / MISSING MERCHANDISE

Please examine all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within forty eight (48) hours of receipt of the product. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials.

Bloomlashesne reserves the right to either replace the item or offer credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE / RETURNS

Bloomlashesne must be notified by email within 15 business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange for damaged goods or accidental purchases.

  • All customer information input through the Bloomlashesne website will not be shared with any third party

Afterpay is subject to Shoppay terms and conditions. If you are using Shoppay in Shoppay to make a purchase on the US store please note this message from Shoppay: The final amount charged may differ from the amount displayed.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged – once packaged a re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
